What is a Recruiter Training Account and How Does It Work?
A Recruiter Training Account is a fast-track sponsorship programme that enables Recruitment Choice to support candidates who have a significantly high chance of securing a placement but lack professional certifications.
The concept behind these accounts is simple yet impactful. We invest in the training and development of previously shortlisted candidates who failed to be selected due to certification requirements. We provide the necessary certification, streamline the application process, and reapply. Once the candidate secures employment, we are reimbursed for the training costs.
Recruiter Training Accounts enable us to provide support for professional study materials with a budget cap of £1000.00 (exam fees are not included). In some cases, you may be able to reclaim exam fees from employers; however, this is not always the case.
Recruiter Training Accounts are limited to a select number of students to minimise the risk we are exposed to. Recruitment Choice can only offer previously shortlisted candidates corporate sponsorship, as there is a significantly higher chance of successful application turnover.
